When you create an Event, it enters a list in order of date/time. Only some of the information you provide is visible.
Step-by-step you enter details, and some basic details appear in the list.
Below on the left is a search on the Events page. On the right, see the details entered by the Registered User when creating the event listing:

Directory listings only appear when searched from the Directory page. Event listings can be searched from the Council website.
