Accessibility Statement

Central Goldfields Shire Council is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with diverse needs.  We will continue to make changes to improve the user experience for everyone.  We aim to comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0, or wherever possible exceed the global web accessibility standard.

In addition to the steps we have taken to make the site accessible to everyone, many users can get the most accessible experience of using this site by customising their device to suit individual needs.

We are also relay service friendly, so if you need to call us you can do so through the National Relay Service (NRS);

TTY users can phone 133677 then ask for 03 5461 0610

Speak & Listen (speech-to-speech) users can phone 1300 555 727 then ask for 03 5461 0610

Internet relay users can connect to NRS through their website then ask for 03 5461 0610

Whilst we have spent a lot of time making sure our site is accessible, we are not perfect. If you find anything on the site difficult to use, please let us know by emailing mail@cgoldshire.vic.gov.au . All constructive feedback regarding the accessibility or usability of this website is very welcome and will be carefully considered.
