Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:
Crown Allotment 21 Section D Township of Dunolly Parish of Dunolly being more particularly described in Certificate of Title Volume 01260, Folio 983, being the land situated at 20 McKinnon Road, Dunolly, Vic, 3472.
Should any person be affected by or otherwise wish to be heard in respect to the Council’s proposed sale or transfer of land in this matter, you are requested to contact Marc Cassidy, Co-ordinator Rates and Revenue, on or before 7 October 2025 .
