Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 181 of the Local Government Act 1989 (Victoria) and section 114 of the Local Government Act 2020 (Victoria) of Council’s intention to sell or transfer to itself:

 4 Pierce Hill Road, Dunolly, Victoria, 3472, being all that piece of land contained in Lot 3 on Title Plan 934655B, Certificate of Title Volume 00018, Folio 418.

Should any person be affected by, or otherwise wish to be heard in respect to the Council’s proposed sale or transfer of land in this matter, you are requested to contact Marc Cassidy, Co-Ordinator Rates and Revenue  on or before 6 June 2025 .
