We are working with the North Central Catchment Management Authority (NCCMA) to update existing planning controls for identifying flood risk in the townships of Carisbrook and Dunolly.

The updated planning controls will be introduced through an amendment to the Central Goldfields Planning Scheme known as C031cgol.

This amendment will update the planning scheme maps and controls to identify the risk of flooding and flood damage on new development on land in the nominated overlays.
