Gordon Gardens community consultation session
The Dunolly community is invited to have their say on the Gordon Gardens Masterplan and meet the consultant team at an upcoming community workshop.
The workshop will be held on Wednesday 3 April from 7 to 9pm at the Dunolly Town Hall, Broadway.
The Masterplan will outline areas of future development for Gordon Gardens.
Possible water disruptions for Bealiba and Dunolly
Coliban Water customers in Bealiba and Dunolly may experience an interruption to water supply services for approximately half a day during a water mains cleaning program which runs Monday 1 April to Thursday 18 April, 2019.
The air scouring work on the Laanecoorie water supply system will help remove any sediment and maintain disinfection levels.
Affected customers have been mailed information with interruption times and dates, and are welcome to contact Coliban Water on 1300 363 200 for any questions.
Hazardous trees to be removed along Majorca Road
Up to four hazardous trees are being removed along Majorca Road next Wednesday 3 April between 7.30am and 1pm, depending on weather conditions.
Traffic may be temporarily stopped between these times to allow the trees to be safely removed.

Time is running out to leave feedback on our Draft Rating Strategy!
Our Draft Rating Strategy is now available and residents are invited to have their say.
The Draft Rating Strategy proposes more equity between ratepayers by reducing the municipal charge to 10 percent of total property rating income and remove the differential discount for residential, commercial and industrial properties outside of Maryborough.

Rodborough Road update
Rodborough Road is now re-open to public traffic following an extensive culvert removal and replacement.
Thank you to all road users for their patience and understanding while the major works were being carried out.
Darkness and Light exhibition opening next weekend
This weekend is your last chance to see the biennial Golden Textures exhibition at the Central Goldfields Art Gallery.
The Gallery’s next exhibition, Darkness and Light: Landscapes of central Victoria will be officially launched next Saturday 6 April at 2pm.
Community Voice Panel membership extended
A large number of registrations were received for the Central Goldfields Shire Community Voice Panel from residents who have an interest in Council activities, projects and issues.
Community Voice Panel members will have the opportunity to have ongoing input into Council-decision making and provide Council with insights into community sentiments and support for existing or proposed policies, programs and services.
Due to limited registrations from young people and residents from an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander background, Council is extending registrations to encourage more interest from these groups.
