2019 Community satisfaction surveys to take place

Residents are advised that from Monday 4 February, for the period of up to three weeks, your household may receive a phone call from an independent market research agency, National Field Services.
National Fields Services have been commissioned by Local Government Victoria to conduct the annual community satisfaction survey on behalf of Victorian Councils including Central Goldfields Shire.
The survey has been designed to assess the performance of Central Goldfields Shire across a range of measures to identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.
The survey will involve telephone interviews conducted among a representative sample of residents.
