The SNAPSHOT 3.0 Youth Photography Competition is now open!

If you’re aged 12 – 25 and love taking photos, this one’s for you! Enter your favourite photos or get creative over the next few weeks and submit something new for a chance at some sweet prizes!

Photos can be entered into five categories:

  • Action
  • Animals
  • Black and white
  • Landscapes
  • Shot on a Phone

You can submit more than one picture if you like! Fill out the entry form online to submit your image, or email youth@cgoldshire.vic.gov.au to request a paper form.

Entries are open until 11pm, Thursday 31 August 2023. A winner will be selected from each category by independent community judges, and awarded at an exhibition event in September– date to be announced.

Images submitted should not be over 5MB in size. Please read through the Terms and Conditions(DOCX, 61KB) for more information on the competition rules.

If your photo contains someone else’s face or identifying features, you will need to also submit an Image Consent Form.(PDF, 141KB)

This competition is open to all young people aged 12 – 25 who live, work, study, or play in the Central Goldfields Shire Council region.
